Coalesce the Pain

Yesterday I discovered that a number of pain management centers in Tennessee are being shut down by the end of July. As I sit with this knowledge an opening occurred for me, I realize that this is just evidence of our old medical paradigm birthing into something new. I have mentioned in one of my videos how this would begin to occur yet I had no experience of actually knowing what that would look like.

I worked in the old paradigm of medicine on many levels holding different images of responsibilities. Through this experience I gained an understanding of myself and through this understanding I was able to hold presence for those who sought me out for help. I saw myself within them and they helped me get to a place where I recognized my own self sacrificing habits and beliefs that were not serving me. Once I decided to make a change and release that image, the real work to know thyself began.

My journey of self realization has also allowed me to see things about my experiences that my consciousness could not access at the time of the experience. I was never comfortable prescribing opioid medications. I knew that there were alternatives and felt challenged about bringing these alternatives into the light. I chose not to push against any of the rules and regulations that were constantly changing. I could see benefits and it was creating more discussion and creative treatment plans. I was bringing in more holistic teachings and enjoyed using my channel abilities to provide list of suggestions while encouraging the client to empower themselves through their own research. I loved teaching them about how to tap into their own power and guidance to gain confidence within while I was still discovering my own. The power of self to make our own decisions is not readily encouraged by the old medical paradigm. To me, they were not just my client they were like my brother or my sister and I saw daily how they would deny their own power. With time I also realized I was only able to see this because I was denying my own.

At that time, changes in regulations would occur to limit what we were allowed to prescribe and I would explain these changes to each client. The most common reaction was fear and desperation which spiraled into other common emotional reactions such as blame, powerlessness, feeling victimized, seeing the government or even the prescriber as a perpetrator inflicting power over them. The changes occurring were and are still challenging for the providers. Many clinics have continued to shut their doors. Some are shut down by local government or courts, but others just could not meet the regulations that were being placed on them. I experienced the feeling of a deep swamp each day holding space for myself, my staff, and for my clients. Each time I identified a theme within my clients I was discovering that theme within myself.

I left the swamp mid-2017 not because I did not care, but because I knew that discovering love for myself was key to all that I was experiencing in my world around me. I have found a great deal of peace and freedom that cannot be bought or sold, does not need to be protected because no one can take it from me. This is what I want to convey to you, those who are choosing to read these words in this now.

As the old medical paradigm breaks down desperation and fear can take over your mind. Where will I get my medication? Will I find a new doctor before I run out? What will I do if I run out? I just do not want to be in pain? Why are they doing this to me? Why do they not care about me? All they want is my money. These thoughts are normal. Allow your fears to surface.

Find a safe place to express what you feel. It is ok to curse, yell, and scream. It is ok to beat the crap out of something like a pillow, a trash can, or break some fucking dishes against the wall. What I am saying is do not hold all these emotions in your body. All physical manifestation of the body begins vibrationally and your emotions are the key to moving those energies out of your system. Your emotions are like gold. Embrace them and express them. Then look at the experience and be proud of yourself for loving yourself enough to express who you are in that moment. I am here to tell you it is good, not bad. You cannot be bad. You are not broken. You are allowed to be you.

Humans on this planet are moving into a new way of being. As the medical paradigm begins to dismantle and rebirth so are you. Discovering our deepest beliefs of self is like dismantling an old computer operating program and installing a new one. Then remembering how to use the new program. It is a journey that happens over time. It is not something you must seek out but there are many who can facilitate you along the way. If you are reading this consider this your wake up alarm. It is time to remember who you really are. It is time to let go of fear. It is time to be sovereign and reclaim your birth right. Reclaim your Power, Reclaim your Freedom, Reclaim your Health, Reclaim your Voice.

No one has power over you, no one is doing anything to you, it is an illusion that you placed upon yourself for an experience and the ride of your life. It is time to remember and choose how you want to live in the new paradigm that is changing medicine, religion, politics, our earth, and you. Below are a few suggestions not an instruction manual. I have found them to be very helpful so I wanted to share them with you.

Although these suggestions may or may not make sense to you in this moment they can ease your journey if you allow and are willing: 1) When you first open your eyes in the morning allow yourself to take some deep breaths and find three things you are grateful for. 2) Sit quietly for 15 minutes before starting your day. If you have difficulty begin with 5 minutes and work your way to 15 minutes. This will help you quiet your mind so you can get to know yourself. The part of you that is helping you get to what you need. Maybe not what you want but what you need. 3) Make a commitment to love yourself. Not just doing things for yourself but also pay attention to the habits that are not supporting you. At the end of the day express appreciation for how far you have come and all the gifts you notice during your day. When you hear the expression that love heals, it means love of the self in every now.

Hugs

Rose
