For most of our planet there is a storm so to speak in a variety of forms not just weather patterns. Over the past few days a weather pattern has been moving across the United States. I am currently in New Mexico and experienced different aspects of it and allowed its energy to move through me.

So this storm can serve as a reset for those who are cycling habits or patterns in their life that keep them from their growth. I read a post by Jenny Schiltz, shamanic practitioner and intuitive guide, who spoke to this subject. I love how she worded it. She is in Colorado and got lots of wind and snow. Her message was my second kick in the ass to express today. Yesterday I was in Santa Fe, NM and traveled further south for warmer weather and to visit Roswell as it has been on my places to visit for a while. My drive in was quite the experience as winds were so high it was knocking over semi trucks on the interstate. I had no idea tornados had come through a day before and a rather long train was derailed off a bridge. As I sat eating breakfast this morning I received this: Gaia along with the sun and moon are assisting us as a trio. Not only is our consciousness shifting and we are ascending to higher dimensional frequencies and as the planet does too there are actions we must take. These storms stop our daily patterns to give us pause, to bring us back inside our hearts, to bring us together working as a collective. This is important not only for your personal expansion but for the survival of our brothers and sisters on this soil. Now I share with you something I have known.

I tend to hold back information that I hear until I know it within my own being. So I speak of these things as one truth, not the only truth. There is a deeper knowing about timelines and our experience, this I will share in another piece as it is a whole subject onto itself.

We are headed for a small ice age and we are not ready, not one iota ready. My heart cries in this moment as I write. Some of this emotion is out of guilt for not conveying more sooner but mostly because I can feel the pain we will potentially experience together as we move into this time. Years ago I met Kryon through Lee Carroll. I will not get into who Kryon is at this moment. I will just say that when I heard the voice and the frequency I recognized it immediately without a shadow of a doubt, immediate recognition. Many years ago maybe even a decade has passed, Kryon revealed that we would enter into a mini-ice age. This message did not settle well with me personally as I am not a fan of the cold. LOL. Kryon has revealed many things that we are now seeing in the physical. Even giving us information to help our scientists bring forward the necessary tools to ensure survival of the masses. The planet itself has never been at risk. I repeat, the planet has never been at risk. However, WE are at risk. Climate change is real but it is not man made. We have effected the planet in a way that effects our own survival. The changes right now are cyclic changes that have occurred and will continue to occur. Scientists are aware of this even if main stream media does not talk about it. Our survival as a collective depends upon our ability to come together and function as a whole. God, I have so much to say and I do not want to overwhelm.

The weather patterns and earth fluctuations are going to continue and progress as the planet is moving into higher vibrational frequencies. What can you do to help? It is time we individually become whole again. What does this mean? There is an inner battle between our light and dark within our physical vessel. It is revealed to us through the reality we see around us. Individually we have more power within than we have known. There are powers that be who have made sure we were dumbed down so they can have power over us but that too is shifting. This is another subject I will speak about at another time. I would rather keep our focus on where our power is and how we can move forward together.

To prepare for what is coming. Pay attention to what you feel inside. The emotions you feel are a guiding light and learning how to navigate this ocean will help you ride the waves with less fear. As you ride each wave to shore you become more whole inside. Over time you recognize the storm happening around you but you will be sitting in the center (eye) and feel unaffected. This is a planet of duality but you can relate to it in a non-polarized way. DESPERATION is a big emotional symptom right now. This has a vibrational pattern that will bring you more things to trigger the experience and feeling of desperation over and over again. The root is fear but the symptom is desperation. I discovered that this symptom is a rabbit hole and not always easy to recognize at first. It is a vibration that is present within even the best teachers of light on the planet. Knowing this will help you to recognize it and in that recognition you can recognize it within you.

A Special Message of Love: If you are a teacher of light and you notice desperation in your students. As you know it is important to address your own vibration. This vibration creates an opening for information that may not be in your highest good yet difficult to discern that it is coming from a malevolent source. If you ask yourself what is it that you do habitually and then choose to temporarily stop that habit even if it is your source of income. Just stop and allow the energies of desperation to depart, allow the shackles to fall off, drop into your heart space, clarity will come and you will see. You are loved no matter what your mind may convey. No one has truly abandoned you, your “students” are the “teachers.”

If you want to become more aware of your true self sitting in the driver seat of your experience then this information is for you. In my experience it begins by transmuting emotion through self-love. It really matters not but your comfort is important as you begin a journey to awaken the power of your own DNA. Know that there are many amazing facilitators who are willing to hold presence with you as you discover your true power. I personally recommend at least 6 months of constant focus but you will decide ultimately how much time to dedicate to your own wellbeing. I have dedicated years to this work within myself and for the last year and a half I have been dedicated to it full time without other worldly distractions. I have found it beneficial to quiet the mind each day for 15 minutes. It will stabilize your nervous system to better handle what your reality shows you daily. This is scientifically proven. This is important as each day we are bombarded with things that can stress out our body and ultimately leads to aging, disease and death. So much more on this subject too, but again I will share more on this later. I want to focus our collective energies right now. I have spoken in the past that my desire was to inspire others to their own wellbeing and as I discovered this I wanted to freely share it with all those who have ears to hear. That time has come.

What else can we do? Be heard. Begin to reach out to your local representatives and begin speaking to them about creating a new way to receive energy to your home. We already have the science and ability to do this but information has been hidden to keep us powerless. Hence, symptom of desperation from core beliefs based in fear. For the purpose of greed, power, and control. Reach out and ask what is being done to implement geothermal system (gathering heat from within the earth, its free)? What is being done to ensure you have power as the climate becomes colder? What is being done to ensure power when the sun is clouded? Get involved and call repeatedly, especially when your heart tells you to and ask the same questions over and over and over. These representatives are brothers and sisters who have also been dumbed down and may not be able to realize what is happening around us. Your voice will help them wake up and realize what steps can be taken. Your voice will make a difference. I promise you, it will make a difference. They have loved ones too and once they realize we the people want change, change will happen. Change is happening but will fast track if we bond together. In the meantime, Kryon suggested wood burning stoves as a good investment. Something to consider as we move through changing times.

These climate changes help us release the habits and cycles we have grown accustom too. What happens in our reality is just a symptom what is happening inside us. Our power is inside us and it is easier to make a difference than you may believe. Some call this a mirror, I see it as a diamond prism from the heart of every being.

Habits keep our eyes veiled and keep us feeling stuck. My habit, I have only publicly been sharing what I thought others could handle. My habit, I do not want to create more fear. My realization is that you already have fear and by not sharing what I have discovered within me I hold myself back but I also hold you back. For this I ask for your forgiveness as I let go and forgive myself. I do realize what holds me back and I am moving through this little by little. This is why you have seen me share and then I stop, then I share, then I stop. What has assisted me greatly is sharing through video then sharing through writing and ultimately sharing in small groups with like minded people. It has brought out my deepest fears of being seen and heard so that I can heal these traumas from prior incarnations. So a big hug to all you beacons of light, who know who you are, for your support. If you are feeling this way be kind to yourself and speak up when you feel the urge to do so. Do it for the love of yourself and it will ripple through time and space. Even if it is a journal that only your eyes will see. It may become your story one day and along the way it will help you see beyond the veil. Maybe there is something you want to speak to a loved one or in a relationship of any kind. Allow yourself to speak it out of your body, allow your song to be heard, allow your light to be seen. Each time you do this more light can come into your vessel and it is a domino effect for you personally and for others who witness you.

I broke through something quite recently and I yet have words to describe, but I am feeling waves of energy and I see a vibrant sword in my hand. I feel this power of taking on the darkest of the dark and screaming what I really know throughout the ethers and into the stars. Even as I write this I am filled with so much power and emotion all mixed together. When I got to Santa Fe I saw social media post about a conference an hour south of me. My cells jumped with excitement then I saw it was booked with a waiting list. I thought, well I guess I will check him out on youtube. I had one of his books years ago but the science was so deep I could not remain focused to finish the book. Over the years I knew of him but I had not followed his teachings. Moments later a friend called and asked if I ever heard of Gregg Braden. I was like omg. In that moment I knew to pay attention. I immediately reached out to his people to let them know if they had a cancellation I was an hours drive away. Figured it could not hurt and knew if it was my highest truth it would be done. Maybe 10 minutes later I got the email confirming a spot opened up. Without hesitation I booked it along with a hotel room. My mind was trying to kick my ass royally after I signed up. What I realized was I did not sign up with the relationship of seeking but in relationship of following the synchronicity or inner guidance. I did not feel that I had anything missing to gain as I was feeling my own connection and remembrance coming in with great speed. I am so in awe of how listening to this inner voice turned out to place me before a brother of the essene. My strong connection to the druids and essene was the magnet. The teaching of this man turned out to be a validation of my own knowing and a catalyst. There is science behind all the “whoo whoo” I have experienced my whole life. Some of what he presented brought my puzzle pieces together as if it was the magnet that held these pieces in place. This occurred last week and so much clarity has been coming forth ever since. Although much of what he teaches I had experienced in my own way there were pieces that my puzzle was waiting for so that more clarity could be seen. Maybe it is my scientific background as well but regardless I am deeply grateful for his existence and courage to follow his joy at this time.

Today I awoke with a personal message, “Speak up, its time to speak.” I have been in New Mexico for just over a week now. Santa Fe had been on my list of places to visit too. As I traveled through the south of California heading to Arizona I had a dream about going to Santa Fe. It is a known vortex. I recently learned that it is also a portal and after I got to Santa Fe I discovered that this portal was reactivated in 2010. I have also discovered information that a city of light exists just north of Santa Fe along with two more in Colorado.

For the past couple of weeks I have been watching and feeling the fabric of my very existence coming together. It is not crystal clear but I am enjoying the revelations as they unfold. Synchronicity has been instrumental in my life since 2004 when I discovered this power. I really thought I was insane back then and had no tools to convey any of it to anyone. One of my closest friends, Robyn Growdon, psychic medium in Nashville TN, was my only witness at the time. Just being able to share my experiences with her and having her energy hold presence for me was a great gift. She continues to be one of my biggest cheerleaders and she helps so many others with her gifts and heart of gold. One of a religious background would have called what I was experiencing, miracles. I viewed it as extraordinary for sure as I had no other understanding. Lets just say this is when I feel my conscious journey truly began. We do not all begin our conscious journey at the same time. That would be like every rock star becoming known all at once. That would not be any fun at all. So it is important for each of us to discover our own sovereignty and then share it. As we each become sovereign it strengthens the fabric of our universe and others who are on this path have a wider more clear path and easier journey so to speak. You are part of this fabric and sharing your experiences strengthens the fabric because without it there may be a hole or a weakened section. You are important to our very existence. (Again so much more I can speak of around this subject too.)

For now, I leave you with these things to ponder. If you read this to the end some part of you resonates. For those who do not agree with my sharing I honor you for no matter your truth it is imperative that you have discernment and choose to place your focus toward what makes your heart sing. That is your personal power and not honoring that by taking someone else’s word for something that does not sit well in your heart is a path to disempowerment. There is plenty of that on the planet now.

It is time to pick up your sword, your truth, your sovereignty, and shine your beacon. A message to those who have done everything in their power to dumb us down. I send them a bird and since this is a planet of duality the bird has two meanings. They have free will to choose the meaning: fuck you we will rock you or unconditional love is here and our arms are open, your CHOICE.
